Shipping and Taxes

Customer satisfaction is our utmost goal, hence we have 30 (thirty) days no questions asked return and exchange policy. If you are dissatisfied in any way with our products, feel free to exchange or return the product purchased as per the guidelines provided below:

 

Exchange

We will replace your product if your purchase doesn't meets your expectations without any questions asked within 30 (thirty) days after delivery. You just need to drop an email to us at support@remarkyt.com along with the proper details and reason for the exchange being made. Once we receive your request, we will verify the details provided by you and we will arrange for the replacement of your product for free. However, the product being exchanged should be untampered and undamaged with all its parts, accessories and barcode intact. For the unlikely case that our vendors do not have the same product in stock, you can choose between a full refund or an alternative product of the same value.

However, we request our customers to raise an exchange request only after 7 (seven) days of the delivery. In this duration of 7 (seven) days, we want our customers to experience the product and even if during these 7 (seven) days, the customer is not satisfied with the product then they can reach out to us in the manner mentioned above.

 

Return

You can return your purchased product, within 30 (thirty) days after delivery for a full refund. However, for this you just need to drop an email to us at support@remarkyt.com along with the proper details and reason for the return request being placed and let our customer-friendly team know what went wrong. They will process your enquiry and let you know how to return the product to us. Please note that we only accept untampered and undamaged product with all its parts, accessories and barcode intact. When we get a return, we conduct an in-house testing for the returned product so as to check what went wrong, adapting our processes if necessary, so that we do not have to face the same issue again.

However, we request our customers to raise a return request only after 7 (seven) days of the delivery. In this duration of 7 (seven) days, we want our customers to experience the product and even if during these 7 (seven) days, the customer is not satisfied with the product then they can reach out to us in the manner mentioned above.

Further, please note that if you return the product in a good condition as you had received it, only a S$______ handling fee will be charged from you and you will get your full refund within 7 (seven) business days after we have received and inspected the product. We do everything in-house, which is why we can process returns so quickly. If 30 (thirty) days have gone by since you had received your order, we, unfortunately, can’t offer you a refund. In case that there are obvious signs of tamper and damage, we will grant you no refund for the product  and your return request will be rejected.

Please note that our refund policy does not cover any customized work, installation fees and support fees in any case.

 

Cancellation

Please note that currently we are not allowing any cancellation of the orders once placed.
